Hello I like to know is stone ground  bread the same as  wheat berries bread ? or stone ground Whole wheat? what better?. his is store bread not home made . I try monk bread but just move and can't find it now in the tallahassee, fl area

I usually eat regular wheat bread because it's much healthier for you. Then I came across this honey berry wheat bread and I must say it taste's fabulous. But the color of it is almost as light regular white bread.
