Definitely not recommended at his age.

Wait until he is 25 years old or so when his body has matured.

A regime would look something like this---------------
Three weeks on (ie taking it), one week off.

Take one gramme in 50ml of water, five times a day.

Some people find that putting orange juice (the natural stuff) in the water helps the deposition into the muscles - the carbohydrate in the juice helps move the creatine into the muscle cells.

Two questions.
One.   As a footballer, why would he wish to take creatine ?
It is primarily an aid to weightlifters and bodybuilders, giving them an extra sudden and short lived boost of energy for a maximum lift.  Not the sort of energy expenditure a footballer needs.
Two.  As a teenager, why take ergogenic aids ?  Everyone wishes to be better.  But at his age, training and fitness through good form and discipline are preferable to something that will, in the long term if he does not use it properly, severely damage his kidneys.  Taking stuff like this at his age could lead to him taking more and more - especially during the week when he is not taking it and he really notices the difference in performance.

Hope this helps.

15 year olds are too young to take anything to bulk up/musle up.

I agree with the comments here. Your son is too young for such. For the meantime, he can do it naturally such as working out in the gym and doing other sports such as swimming or boxing.
