What could be the cause of stomach bloating?  I recently lost 16 lbs but my stomach is still too fat!  Any supplement to help with this?

There is nothing you can do to reduce fat in any particular area.
Your body stores weight (fat) wherever it can.  And it uses it from wherever it can.  Some people lose fat quickly from their abdomen.  Others lose it from other areas first.
If you keep to a food intake that provides you with less calories than you burn off, sooner or later you will lose it from your stomach.
There is no supplement that will help with this.  That is not how supplements work.
 
The other issue is that because you have lost so much weight from other areas, it may actually be making your stomach look bigger than it really is.
 
You have done really well.  Whatever you are doing, it works.  Don't go spoiling all the good work now by changing your routine.

There's no shortcut to removing it. I gained 35 pounds myself over two stressful years, and found it was basically impossible to get to the gym, and the weight wasn't coming off.  So I researched around and got an elastic band system - I won't say who, but a google search for "elastic excercise bands"  will tell you who the leader is.  Its working really well, and for me a great solution to losing over-all body fat.

You found a way to work the problem.  We cannot always do the perfect thing to lose weight.  Whatever works and can fit in with our lives - that is the best.

here are some easy and fast weight loss ideas:

    * Make water your favorite drink. A person must have a minimum of 8 glasses of water in a day. Avoid taking soft drinks or carbonated beverages; moreover replace them with water. Water helps in reducing weight in the most effective manner.
    * Don't stuff yourself with food in a single sitting; instead have 5 to 6 small meals or snacks in a day. Eating several small meals helps the body to release less insulin, which keeps blood sugar steady and helps to control hunger.
    * Make a habit of walking. Instead of driving car to the nearby market, prefer walking down. Walking is more important for people in sedentary jobs. Walk for at least 45 minutes every day; it helps in burning extra calories.
    * Keep small plates for serving food because a study shows that the less food put in front of us, the less food we'll eat. So downsize your food plates and coffee mugs, and say goodbye to those extra calories.
    * Eat more vegetables during meals as water-rich foods like zucchini, tomatoes, and cucumbers reduce your overall calorie consumption. Some other water-rich foods include soups and salads; they are good source of nutrition.
    * Use vegetables to make hefty meals. Like pasta salad loaded with vegetables like broccoli, carrots, and tomatoes can be eaten twice. Same applies for stir-fries; add vegetables to make a fluffier omelet.
    * Avoid taking white foods as they contain large amounts of carbohydrates, which may further lead to weight gain. Replace white sugar, white rice, and white flour with whole grain breads and brown rice.
    * Switch to ordinary coffee because coffee drinks at shops has extra calories, owing to whole milk, whipped cream, sugar, and sugary syrups. A cup of regular coffee, having skim milk brewed with good beans, tastes great and moreover has fewer calorie.

Hello, like many have said you can't really target fat loss in any one area at one time. thoughout my research and experience intervel training along with a diet of lean protien,carbohydrates and healthy fats and a good exercise program is the most effective method of losing excess stomach fat. A combonation of weight training and intervel training is what will make your body burn fat and tone your mid section
