I want to lose weight but I like eating. I like hiking but when I stoped I got more weight.
 
What should I do ?

It is sort of obvious.
 
Not many people do not like eating.  Most people associate eating with certain times of the day, socialising, feeling good or feeling bad, etc..
Just change your routine.  Prepare your food in advance - then you will not be tempted to eat just to still the hunger.  Use smaller plates.
Chew more slowly.
Some people say this is not important but, but for me it is best not to eat immediately before going to bed.  This may work for you.
When you shop, try not to buy "treats".  If they are in the house, you will eat them.  Very few people will make the effort to go out on impulse and buy food.
Having said that, do not ban any foods.  If you feel something is forbidden, you will be tempted all the more.
Replace sugar in coffee/tea with an artificial sweetener.   These are quite harmless despite all the "warnings". 
Generally eat a little less.
And move a bit more.
