Is it normal that your armpit temperature rises up to 99.3 F (37.3 C) after hard workout such as bench press? I hope it is

Yup. It is. The heat from your muscles has to go somewhere.
If you have not started sweating yet, then a nice warm armpit gets even warmer.
Incidentally, this is one of the mechanisms the body uses to fight infections - raising the temperature and frying/boiling/stewing the germs with the heat.
