Hi,

Anyone any good ideas on how to start a workout without me either injuring myself or losing interest?

I need to lose weight, become more flexible, recover my balance and confidence.

I am a male, 42 years old and am recovering from knee surgery (damage caused by an automobile crunch) and heart surgery (stenting on the circumflex coronary artery).

I have felt extremely insecure about going out alone due to falling and balance issues.  This is very restrictive and I realise I am the only one who can change my life.

I would love to hear from anyone who has some sensible ideas.  PLEASE - no stupid suggestions - the world is full of those.

Thanks for your interest.

John
