DrMirkin.com has more than 2000 reports on health, nutrition and fitness from The Dr. Gabe Mirkin Show. We've tried to make the site easy for you to use. To search for a specific topic, you can
1. Search the site using the Google search box (below)
1. Use the site's old internal search engine
3. Scan the "Complete List of Reports"
4. Select the section that interests you from the blue bar on the left ("Fitness", "Nutrition", "Women's Health", etc.), and look through its list of reports.

(2) The Google search box is at the bottom of the home page and below. This is much more sophisticated than our old internal search engine; if you want to search for a topic with several words or a phrase, Google will give you better results. HOWEVER, Google brings you advertising which we do not control or endorse. If you can't find a topic on DrMirkin.com, you can use Google to search the rest of the web; just click on the "Search WWW" button.
(1) Our own search engine is what you use when you click "Search" in the blue bar on the left, or type a word in the box under "DrMirkin Search" on the home page. This search engine works best when you enter only a single word or a report number. If you type in several words it will list every page on the site that contains any one of those words, in no particular order. This is annoying and is why we also offer Google's search engine.
(3)You can scan the Complete List of Reports or look for a specific topic using the "Find" function of your browser (usually this is done by pressing the Ctrl-F keys while your cursor is in the middle of the screen.) For reports older than February 1998, click Archive from the blue list on the left, or click here
(4) Each of the Content sections of DrMirkin.com ("Fitness", "Nutrition", "Women's Health", etc.) has a list of the most popular and current reports. At the bottom of each section index page you can click on the "More Fitness Reports" link and scan the full listing for that section.
