Privacy and Advertising Policies

Advertising Policy: drmirkin.com uses Google AdSense which provide ads related to the content of our website or of the interests of visitors to the website. Placement of these ads on our web site does not mean that the products or services are endorsed in any way by Dr. Gabe Mirkin or Diana Mirkin. We do not control Google ad content and our editorial content is totally free of any commercial influence. We do not accept advertising in the free weekly e-zine that is delivered by email to our opt-in subscribers.  We have always had advertising on our radio show and website, and advise skepticism about advertising claims from any source.  We do not sell anything.  

Sources of Income: In addition to Google AdSense, we use the affiliate program of Amazon.com for recommended books and occasional products. Any income from these sources is used to defray the expense of maintaining the web site and archived radio shows. The balance of the costs are paid by Dr. Gabe Mirkin and Diana Mirkin from their personal income. We do not receive any income or profit from any other individuals, drug companies, supplement manufacturers or any other interests.  We accept no money in exchange for information posted on drmirkin.com

Privacy Policy: We do not collect data on visitors to drmirkin.com or share any information with any other parties in any way. We maintain a list of email addresses from individuals who have requested the free weekly e-zine, but we do not sell, rent or give these addresses to anyone.

Google Adsense, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to users based on their visits to drmirkin.com and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.
