Black Bean Jumble Salad

2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 small sweet onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 t. cumin
pinch cayenne, or to taste
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and chill at least 20 minutes.
